Second Head (Practice for drill)

OK well this was my first drill attempt at this it took me 3 hours to get the head done with no ear the power went out that day and I lost like 20 minutes of work. Just did the ear in about half hour of work so this is around a 3.5 hour job. I rotoscoped this one I am a little unhappy with the ear but I'm not going to tweak it I don't think maybe later but now I will just move onto starting another head. Also the flow of the geometry isn't as optimized as it cool be so I know I need to work on that. But yeah lemme know what else I can work on to take that into my next one! thx
